Ingredients

  1. 4 cupscooked extra wide egg noodles
  2. 2large eggs
  3. To tastesalt
  4. To tasteground black pepper
  5. 2 tablespoonsbutter
  6. To tasteCayenne pepper
  7. To tasteparsley

Steps

  1. 1

    In a hot skillet melt the butter. Add the noodles and sauté, 5 minutes. Sprinkle a bit of salt.

    Season the eggs with salt and pepper. Beat them and add to the noodles and cook till done.

    When done season with parsley and cayenne pepper. Serve I hope you enjoy!!!!
