1tomato
1onion
1tespoon tomato paste
1ginger
1 clovegarlic

Fry the onion,garlic and ginger in oil till brown
2

Add the tomato and tomato paste cook till tender

Add the meat fry alittle then add 2 cups water,season with salt and cook till ready
