Wash &half boiled the rice adding salt &oil.Heat a wok add butter.

Add paneer & shallow fry,keep it aside.add 1/2tsp cuminseeds crackle &add veggies step by step.And ot to over cook the veggies.

Add rice,pepper powder,blacksalt&salt mix it well.Than add paneer mix it well.

Add 2 tbsp fresh cream mix it well.cover it 2mints.Pepper rice is ready to serve.Serve with masala curd,papad&salad.
