Wash and peel the potatoes.

Cut into qunters to get 4 piece on each potatoe.

Boil in hot boiling salt water for 3 min.remove from heat and drain it.

Apply oil on your baking dish, and arrange the potatoes on it well
- 5
Sprinkle tumeric on them and put in the oven for 30 mins, and remove from the oven when it's ready and serve with your favorite protein,
