Steps

Boiled potato mashed and add chopped green chilli,coriander leaves,salt,garam masala, chopped onion and mix all material and fry pan..add oil and heat it.

Dip papad in water and take out remove excess water from papad and put mashed material in it.

Now fold papad with the help of water and fry it in the pan.Put chat masala on papad roll and serve it.
