This is a simplified version of my Chorizo Queso Nachos. No messing with flour to build a sauce, just an easy queso that can have just about any ingredient added to change the flavor.

This is a simplified version of my Chorizo Queso Nachos. No messing with flour to build a sauce, just an easy queso that can have just about any ingredient added to change the flavor.

Ingredients

  1. 1 canregular rotel
  2. 1 canserrano rotel
  3. 1 canevaporated goats milk
  4. 3 cupsshredded sharp cheddar cheese
  5. 1room temperature brick of cream cheese
  6. 1 tbspcornstarch
  7. Taco bell mild sauce

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat rotel and evaporated milk in a pan.

  2. 2

    Toss the shredded cheese with the cornstarch and add to the pan.

  3. 3

    Once bubbling melt in the cream cheese and then add taco bell sauce to taste.

  4. 4

    Once all is throughly combined move to a crockpot and dig in.
