Ingredients

  • 1 canregular rotel
  • 1 canserrano rotel
  • 1 canevaporated goats milk
  • 3 cupsshredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1room temperature brick of cream cheese
  • 1 tbspcornstarch
  • Taco bell mild sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat rotel and evaporated milk in a pan.

  2. 2

    Toss the shredded cheese with the cornstarch and add to the pan.

  3. 3

    Once bubbling melt in the cream cheese and then add taco bell sauce to taste.

  4. 4

    Once all is throughly combined move to a crockpot and dig in.
