Add some oil and fry the poha; while roasting add turmeric, salt, and roast the poha in a big burnt

Now fry peanuts, curry leaves, chillies, onions finally crunchy keep inside.

Now mix all the ingredients and fry the chilli powder in a little oil and add.

Make a sugar and citric acid powder add and mix well
