Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1 cupsago soaked for 2 hours
  • 2 cupsmilk
  • 1 pinchcardamom powder
  • 4 tablespoonjaggery
  • 1 tablespoonAlmonds chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak sago for 2 hours and drain excess water

  2. 2

    Boil full fat milk in pan and add sago to it with cardamom powder

  3. 3

    And boil in low flame

  4. 4

    Once sago gets cooked add jaggery and leave for 2 to 3 minutes

  5. 5

    Once done remove in bowl and garnish with almonds serve hot or chilled
