Take oil in a wok and deep fry the papad.

Remove excess oil to keep only 1 tbsp oil in the wok. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.

Add ginger garlic paste and fry till brown.

Add chopped green chilli and coriander powder and red chilli powder.

Saute it till the masala leaves oil then add curd.

Add water and let the gravy come to boil and thicken a bit.

Add salt and pieces of fried papad and mix.

Let it simmer for 3-4 mins then switch off the gas. serve hot with roti or rice.
