Boil milk. Add vinegar and make chhena and drain water from chenna thoroughly. Mash by hand nicely for 5 minutes. Add flour. Again smash by hand nicely for 7 minutes. Make flatten shaped chamcham.

Add 1.5 cups of sugar and 4.5 cups of water and let sugar dissolve and in boiling water add chamchams. Boil for 18 minutes. Keep aside and let it come to room temperature.

In a bowl mix mawa, milk and sugar powder. Make smooth and thick stuffing. Cut chamcham keeping one side joined. Put stuffing into chamcham with the help of spoon.

Put into refrigerator for 1 hour to set. Cut into halves each chamcham and serve.
