Steps

Wash and Soak rice in little water for half an hour.

Heat oil in a kadhai and fry soya chunks till golden brown colour. Clean and wash peas.

Now heat oil in a karahi and put cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter put finely chopped onions and fry till golden brown colour. Add grated tomato and stir for two minutes.

Now add Peas and soya chunks,salt, red chilli and whole masale and stir well for 2 minutes. Add double quantity of water (2 bowls) and cook till done.

Serve hot.
