Ingredients

  1. 2chicken breasts
  2. 1 (32 ounce)box of chicken broth
  3. 2 cupswater
  4. 1 packetFrench onion soup mix
  5. 1 teaspoongarlic powder
  6. 1 teaspoononion powder
  7. 2 packetsSazon
  8. 1 tablespoonItalian seasoning
  9. 1/4 teaspoonseasoning salt
  10. 1/4 teaspoonpepper
  11. 1 cuptofu diced into 1/4 inch pieces
  12. 2 cupsmushrooms diced
  13. 1/2 cupdiced onion, I used vidalia onions
  14. 1 cancorn
  15. 1 cupcarrots diced small
  16. 1 packetpillsbury biscuits

Steps

  1. 1

    Place water, chicken,onions, carrots, chicken broth, dry spices and herbs, and French onion soup mix in a kettle and cook about an hour on medium heat or until carrots are soft.

    Remove chicken and shred.

  3. 3

    Place shredded chicken back in kettle and add mushrooms and tofu. Cook 10 minutes more. Add corn.

  4. 4

    Bring kettle to a rolling boil and break each biscuit into about 8-10 small pieces and roll into balls. Place in kettle and boil 10 minutes. Let cool 15-20 minutes and serve!
