  • 4 cupsGitheri
  • 2 cupswater

Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare my ingredients,peel off the potatoes skin then wash and put in a large sufuria let it boil with2 cups water

    Before boiling add salt and your githeri and close with a leas let it boil for 30 min

  3. 3

    When cooked remove and mash them together and serve while hot
