  • 1onion finely chopped
  • 1 tbsroasted peanuts
  • 1green chilli chopped
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  • 5cashews
  • To tasteSalt
  • leavesFew curry
  • 2 tbsoil
  • 1/2 tspmustard seed
  • 1 tbspeach urad and chana dal
  • 2 cupwater

    Roast semolina in pan keep aside

    Heat oil in pan add hing mustard seed splutter it add dal and roast till golden in

    Now add onion saute till translucent add peanut when chillies cashews

    Now add semolina water curry leaves mix it and cook till water absorbed get thick in consistency
