Wash daal and soak in Water over night. Drain the water completely and transfer the daal to a mixer Grinder jar. Add gingar paste heeng and salt Make a smooth paste.

Take a pan heat oil drop a small balls one by one and deep fry both of side fry until light golden brown.

Take out pan keep in tissue paper leave it oil. And serve sambhar. Ready to serve.
