1 cuprava or suji
1/2 cuprice flour
1/4 cupall purpose flour
2 tbschopped onion
2 tbschopped coriander leaves
6/7 curry leaves
1 tspblack mustard seeds
1 tspcumin seeds
2 tbscurd
To tasteSalt
2 tbswhite oil

Take a bowl and mixed everything and add water.

Make a light consistency batter.

Turned on gas put a nonstick pan and pour batter on it with a lil cup.sprinkle white oil on it.

After few minutes dosa is ready to serve.
