1 cupsooji
As neededbuttermilk
1 tspsalt
As neededoil for greasing idli mould
As neededeno

Steps

1

In a bowl add sooji and salt.now add buttermilk, mix well.keep aside for 10 minutes.

Now grease the moulds with oil.add Eno in the sooji mixture.pour mixture in the moulds.

Keep it in the microwave for three minutes.after that serve hot with tomato sauce.
