Ingredients

  • 2 tspinstant yeast
  • 2 cupflour
  • 3 tbspbutter melted
  • 3 tbspdry milk powder
  • 3 tbspsugar (add in powder form)
  • 2 pinchsalt
  • 1egg room temperature
  • warm milk for kneading dough
  • chocolate and sprinkle for garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix yeast in 1/4 cup warm water and pinch of sugar.left for 5 mints until it raised.mix all above ingredient and make soft dough.

    Put dough in air tight box until it raised.Make chocolate sauce by adding warm milk in chocolate.Give donuts shape and dry on low flame.
