Ingredients

Tortilla wraps
Kidney beans (or whatever beans really, kidney beans are just the cheapest)
onions/peppers/sweet corn
Some form of green veg (eg spring greens or cabbage)
spicy seasoning
fajita spice
paprika
condiments: eg mayonnaise, salsa.

Steps

Empty beans in pan with spices non a high heat then simmer to evaporate off the liquid

Chop and fry veg to taste (can be nice to have a bit of crunch!). Add fajita/ paprika seasoning

Spread a layer of mayonnaise/ guacamole/ salsa over the wraps you want to eat.
4

Fill and fold!
