First in a bowl add wheat flour and curd mix it. add chopped onion, green chillies, coriander, cumin seeds, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and as required water. mix everything well.make semi liquid batter and keep aside.

Now heat tsp of oil in a pan, add ladleful of batter into the pan, let it spread by itself and then cover it just for half a min.

Now add tsp of oil on top and gently flip it.cook from both sides till nice golden on medium heat.

Healthy and quick Aata cheela is ready to serve.serve with green coriander chutney or with sauce.it taste yum.
