Theplas are made from wheat flour and can be ate in breakfast , lunch or dinner. Theplas tastes best with anything like tea , snacks, curd ,pickle or vegetable.

Steps

Knead medium hard dough by adding all spices and oil in the flour.

Divide dough in equal parts. Roll thin theplas, use dry flour for rolling.

Now on a preheated skillet, fry theplas from both sides by adding oil.

Serve hot with tea, pickle or curd. It tastes best with ghee when it is cold. Can add carom seeds, coriander and fenugreek leaves too.
