White Wine Mushroom Chicken
When your white wine tasted funky....
Steps

Season chicken with pepper and fry till skill is crispy. Set aside for later. It is alright that the chicken is still raw

Fry onion with the chicken oil and add a pinch of salt till soft. Then add minced garlics

Add mushrooms and bell peppers and chilli. Add another pinch of salt and pepper. Fry them till soft
- 4
Add chicken and wine. Mix well and bring to boil
- 5
Simmer for 40 minutes with a cover. Adjust your taste accordingly.
