Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupcurd
  2. 1 cupsooji
  3. as requiredWater
  4. as per tasteSalt
  5. 1-2 pinchMeetha soda
  6. 1 cupfinely chopped veg(capsicum,carrot,onion, greenchillies)
  7. 1/2 tspgrated ginger
  8. as requiredcoriander leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients and make batter like we make for dosa. Add salt as per your taste.

    Grease appe pan with oil. Keep it on sim flame. Add batter in the pan. Cover and cook it in medium flame.

  3. 3

    Serve it with chutney or sauce
