Ingredients

  • 200 gramsKarela
  • 2 tablespoonsrice flour
  • 1 tablespoonBesan
  • 1 teaspoonginger garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp haldi / turmeric powder
  • To tasteSalt
  • 1green chilli chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Was and cut Karela vertically each into 3 pieces

    Mix two kinds of flour and all dry masala including salt with little amount of water

    Dip Karela pieces into this batter spread on tawa. Flip it off once it's done.
