Ingredients

  • 2 cupsThalipeeth bhajani(mix roasted flour)
  • 1 cupJowar flour
  • 2onions finely chopped
  • 2-3 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 4-5garlic
  • As neededmint leaves
  • 1/4 tspcumin paste (optional)
  • 1 tsp oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix everything and knead a soft dough

    Pat with hand make it as roti or else you can roll with a rolling pin also

    Roast both sides on tawa with oil.
