Place all the ingredients in a clear, heat-safe plastic bag that can go in boiling water (you can add more ingredients if you like, such as ham or cheese).

Mix everything together until the eggs are fully beaten and all ingredients are combined.

Seal the bag with a toothpick or something similar.
