Fry ur fries, set aside

In a pan melt butter add maida continueslly stir spoon when it changes it colour add milk with salt and pepper when it becomes thick add 1/4 cup of cheese
Ur white sauce is ready

Line ur baking dish then add fries then add pasta
Then add white sauce

Sprinkle Italian seasoning with chilli flakes in the end top with remaining cheese

Place this dish in oven with top grill on at 200C jst to melt the cheese
