This tea is ideal for when you have are suffering from bloating and constipation.
Steps

Cut the ginger into small pieces or grate it.

Put the water in a sufuria. Add the ginger, turmeric and black pepper and bring to a boil.

Once it has cooled serve it in a cup. Squeeze in the lemon juice and stir in your honey. Enjoy

You can use raw turmeric if you like. I found its smell too strong. Once in a while you can also throw in some few mint leaves to give the tea some edge. I also add a tea bag sometimes
