Take a pan, heat it well pour mustard oil, add sliced onion saute well, add cauliflower, beans, potatoes saute for 2-3 minutes

Add Salt to taste, turmeric powder and cover the pan for 10 min in slow flame.

Check if it's well cooked, if cooked well add roasted cumin and red dried chilli powder. serve hot
