Someone told me that Oyster mushroom taste just like chicken and are used as a substitute for chicken in vegan recipes so when I saw them at Carrefour I just had to buy and try them out yummy

Steps

Shred the mushroom into pieces.

Cut the spring onion separating the white part and the green part
- 3
Grate the carrots and cut into smaller pieces
- 4
Sweat the mushroom in a hot pan with no oil because they contain alot of water and we want the water to evaporate.till they brown

Put aside on a plate

Fry the white part of the spring onion and the crushed garlic till brown
- 7
Fry the carrot till tender and add back the mushroom sprinkle soy salt and season with salt
- 8
Sprinkle the green part of the spring onion and serve
