2 Cupsboiled corns
100 gspinach
Spring onions
Salt
Vegetable oil

Peel and clean potatoes, boil with salt until soft

Add the corns and mash

Blanch the spinach and blend add in the mashed mixture

Fry the onions and add it it in the mash mix in well
