Ingredients

  • 2 cupchana dal
  • 1 cupfresh meethi leave or spinch leave
  • 2green chilli
  • 1onion, finally chopped
  • 1/4 tbsp black salt
  • 1/4 tbspred chilli powder
  • 1/4 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1 tbsginger garlic paste
  • To tasteSalt
  • As neededOil for frying

  1. 1

    Soak chana dal for 3/4 hours, and grind it

    Heat oil, put vada in hot oil and fry half and take out, press these half fry vada any plane bowl and again put in oil, fry, vada became crispy
