Meat Sauce Over Fried Rice Meat Sauce Over Fried Rice
I made this recipe as a way for my kids to eat the vegetables that they normally wouldn't eat served individually.I used meat sauce made in advance. This can be easily made with store-bought sauce, so it's handy for times when you need a quick lunch. Stir frying the vegetables and the rice together, then placing the meat sauce on top prevents the dish from becoming too pasty. Recipe by Yupun cookpad.japan -

Chicken Breast Meat Seasoned with Soy Sauce Rice Malt Chicken Breast Meat Seasoned with Soy Sauce Rice Malt
I wanted to transform some affordable chicken breast meat into a gorgeous and delicious dish. It's great for home cooks on a budget. You just fry the skin side. Cover with a lid and cook through slowly (You really don't need to touch it, so you can make something else during that time.) If you press down on the meat after topping it with the juice in Step 5, it's not done yet and it is still soft to the touch. It will become springy as it cooks through. Refreshing Pork Don Rice Bowl with Ponzu Sauce and Grated Daikon Radish Refreshing Pork Don Rice Bowl with Ponzu Sauce and Grated Daikon Radish
The usual sweet-salty sauce is great but sometimes you want to eat something refreshing with vinegar.I had a delicius pork donburi once with ponzu sauce once, so I tried making it myself. It's so light that you end up eating quite a lot of rice with it.Shred the cabbage finely. I save time by using grated daikon radish and ponzu sauce. For 2 servings. Recipe by mikun cookpad.japan -
Super Easy! Soy Sauce Malt and Shiso Yaki-Onigiri (Grilled Rice Balls) Super Easy! Soy Sauce Malt and Shiso Yaki-Onigiri (Grilled Rice Balls)
I succeeded in making soy sauce malt (See, so this recipe is the result of the next stage of my challenge, using shoyu-koji (soy sauce malt). It's so easy and tasty, so I posted it here. The parchment paper keeps the balls from sticking to the frying pan, and allows them to brown evenly. If you don't like shiso (like my kids), substitute with minced scallions--this version is also tasty. Recipe by Guutara recipe kenkyujo cookpad.japan -
Tofu and Meat Soboro Rice Bowl with An Sauce Tofu and Meat Soboro Rice Bowl with An Sauce
My daughter chooses hiyayakko cold tofu even at an all-you-can-eat buffet.Even if it is summer, eating cold tofu all the time is not good. But mapo tofu is a bother to make. So here's this really simple recipe instead.Chicken stock and oyster sauce give this a rice and satisfying flavor even with just a few ingredients. You can use 1 teaspoon of Wei-pa chicken paste instead of chicken stock granules if you like. This is great for dinner too of course! Great with Rice! Chopped Pork Piccata with Sauce Great with Rice! Chopped Pork Piccata with Sauce
This is a recipe I thought of to use up leftover sauce.I don't particularly like the combination of eggs with sauce, but after I cooked this, it took the edge off of the sauce, and it was an unexpectedly tasty discovery. When I added pork, it became the best side dish for rice .It's ok to increase or decrease the amount of sauce to your liking. It's also good when using lean meat such as pork shoulder loin. For 2 servings. Recipe by Kumameshi cookpad.japan
