Add flour,salt and spice powders and kasturi methi in a bowl. Mix well. Now add the oil and clarified butter. Mix well. Combine with hot water to form a stiff dough. Preheat oven to 170℃

Roll the dough into thin chapati on a clean surface. Sprinkle flax seeds all over and roll to press gently.

Cut into biscuits with a cookie cutter or any drinking glass or wide glass jar cap. Place on a baking tray with an off set spatula or any spatula.

Bake for 18 to 20 minutes at 170℃. Cool completely on a wire rack. Store in a air tight glass jar
