Ingredients

30 minutes
3 servings
  • 250 gmwheat flour
  • 250 gmfinely chopped fenugreek
  • 1 tbspOil
  • 1 tspwhite sesame
  • 1 tspajwain(carom seeds)
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • 1 tbspcurd
  • 1 tbsppaste of ginger garlic chilli paste
  • 1 tbspsalt
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tbspchilli powder
  • 1 tbspcoriander cumin powder
  • as neededWater for dough

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash fenugreek in water.
    Then finely chopped it.
    Take a vessel and add fenugreek to it.
    Take wheat flour and all the spices mention above.
    Now by adding water make a thin dough.

    Grease it with oil.
    Make medium size balls of it.
    Roll it on rolling board.
    Heat tawa and roast it with oil both the side untill it becomes golden brown in colour.
    Serve it with chunnda and mix pickle.

Can we keep them safe for 2-3 days, becoz at somewhere I read that we can carry them for outdoor tours.??
