Steps

Frist, steam the basmati rice and then take in dry bowl

After this, take spinach leave and steam and then chopped the spinach, now add spinach leaves in blender.add also green chilies, ginger and garlic cloves

Blend to a smooth puree,and keep aside

Then take one pan and heat it, after heat add oil,after few minutes add in - – tej patta or indian bay leaf, cloves, cinnamon, green cardamoms, mace strand, small star anise and cumin seeds

Next you add thinly cut slides of onion,stir and saute the onion till golden brown

Add the spinach puree and stir and saute for 4 to 5 minutes

Then add basmati rice,stir and mix rice very well,.add a salt as required.for a softer texture in the rice, u can add 1.25 cups water and stir very well and cover the pan for few minutes

Served hot palak rice with curd raita

And you can also garnish palak rice with chopped onion, tomato, mint leaves but i used only tomato, and it's look so yummy
