Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cupcooked rice
  • 1boiled potatoes
  • 1capsicum chopped
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1carrot chopped
  • 1green chilli
  • 1 tbspcornflour
  • 1 tspchilli powder
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala
  • 1 tspdry mango powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • as neededBread crumbs
  • as neededOil to shallow fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Finely chop onion,green chilli and capsicum. Peel and cut boiled potatoes. Grate carrot.

    Take cooked rice in a bowl. Add all vegetables, cornflour, red chilli powder, garam masala, dry mango powder, salt. Mix all ingredients and make tikkis.

    Roll the tikkis in bread crumbs and shallow fry till golden brown.
