1 kgfillet steak cut into cubes
2 tbspmeat tenderizer
1 tspsalt
1/2 tspred chilli powder
1 tsptomato paste
1/4 tspcitric acid
1 tbspgarlic paste
4 tbspcooking oil
Red food colour
Charcoal jiko to barbecue and screwer

Steps

Marinate the steak cubes with all the ingredients for 8 hours or overnight in fridge

Put the steak in the screwer
3

Now when jiko is ready for roasting, roast the steak. When all sides of steak is cooked, remove in a hot pot, serve hot
