Ingredients

  • 2 cupsemiya
  • 1 cupcabbage, carrot, beans, Shimla Mirchi
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1tomato chopped
  • 2 tspginger garlic paste
  • 2 tsptomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoonred chili powder
  • 1/4 tsphaldi powder
  • 2green chilli chopped
  • Some coriander leaves for garnishing
  • 1 tspjeera
  • 1 tspmustard seeds
  • 4 tspoil
  • 5 cupWater

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan put 1 tsp oil and heat it, then add semiya and roast on a low flame. For 5 minutes and keep aside

    Wash all the vegetables and cut long size and thin.

    In a kadai put oil and heat it, then add jeera, mustard seeds and onion. Add ginger garlic paste and fry for 1 minute. Then add tomatoes and vegetables and fry for 5 minutes. Add red chilli powder, tomato sauce, haldi and mix well and then add water. When they come to a boil then add salt and add semiya and cover and cook for 10 minutes. The semiya is ready
