Ingredients

5 servings
  1. 250 gmamla
  2. 1 tbspMustard oil
  3. 2 tbspjaggery (grated)
  4. 1/2 tspjeera (cumin seeds)
  5. 1/2 tspsaunf (fennel seeds)
  6. 1 tspSalt
  7. 1 tspred chilli powder
  8. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  9. 2 tspcoriander powder

  1. 1

    Take fresh Amla and boiled for few minutes.

    Once they have softened then turn off the gas.let it cool.

  3. 3

    Drain the water and takeout Amla seeds.and keep aside.

  4. 4

    Heat the oil in a pan or kadhai.add jeera and saunf to crackle it.

    Add all Amla and stir now mix all spiçes init and mix very well.cover the lid and cook for 1-2 minutes.

    Now add jaggery and mix well. now Cook for some time until it mixed together.

    Now it's ready for serve.serve it with paratha or roti.
