At first,soak chick peas in water.

After 7-8 hrs, boil the lentil in cooker.

Then,drain the water of boil lentil by a strainer.

Take flour in a pot.

Then,clear the lumbs of the flour by a strainer.

Then, put oil and salt in it.

Mix all of them by hand

Next,add required water and make a dough.

Next,knead the dough and make soft.

Keep the dough for 20min.

Mash the lentil in a plate.

Do not leave any lentil.

Then,put a pan in gas.

Put the mash lentil and jaggery in pan.

Mix them and reduce the water of jaggery.

Then,stir the mixture continuesly in pan.

Keep the mixture in a plate.

Stuff mixture should be cool.

Next,make a log and cut the log into equal slices from the dough.

Then,place a puran mixture in the center of the small slices.

Then,bring the edges together towards the center.

Then, the slices make flat by hand.

Then,sprinkle some flour on it.

Next,press the stuff dough balls by finger.

Roll each dough ball by rolling pin..

Make thin circle from each dough balls

Next,heat a girdle and dry roast the thin circle from one side.

Flip them to other side.

Press down the edges with a spatula.

Fry untill them cook completely.

Then,drizzle ghee around the edges for fry.

After that, fold them into triangle shape.

Lastly,keep them in pot.

Then,serve it with curd in a plate.
