Serves 10 servings
  • 6large mud crab claws
  • 1/2 headnapa cabbage
  • 1 packageshimeji mushrooms
  • 1 packagewhite beech mushrooms
  • 1 packageenoki mushrooms
  • 1/2carrot
  • 1 boxsilken tofu
  • 1/2 packagesakura fish cakes
  • 3 earscorn
  • 1tomato
  • 1 packagequail eggs
  • as neededAssorted meat or seafood balls,
  • as neededGinger slices,

Steps

  1. 1

    Add all the ingredients to the pot and simmer until cooked. Add the tofu last.

    Wash and crack the crab claws, then add them to the pot. Cover and cook until done.
