For the rice

Put.pot on fire add water wash and pour in your rice.

Allow to per boil and wash again.

Put your pot back on fire add little water.

Allow it to boil then add in your pernoiled rice and it to cook.

When the water is almost drain up add little oil and allow to simmer.

Check with spoon if water has finish and bring it down.

For the sauce

Wash the liver and put the pot on fire add in the wash liver add in black pepper ginger garlic and maggi but don't add water allow itto cook.

When the water is almost drain off add another water and the remaining spices with maggi.

Take small amount of corn flour and mix with little water, add it to the liver and cook.

Put all the vegetables now and taste for the seasonings when done taste it.
