Wash the palak.

When palak is half boiled.

Put into the mixer grinder and grind

In a Kadhai put the oil.

Add jeera in kadhai and after some time add chopped onion, chopped garlic, chopped green chilli, chopped Ginger and chopped tomatoes

Once they turn golden grind it into a paste.

Now add some oil and add palak, salt and onion-garlic paste.

Add paneer and cook on low flame.

Add milk cream, grate paneer and serve hot
