Cutlets is an item which is liked by everyone and anytime. By adding vegetables to it, I have tried to increase it's nutritional value.

Cutlets is an item which is liked by everyone and anytime. By adding vegetables to it, I have tried to increase it's nutritional value.
Steps

Boil the potatoes in the pressure cooker. Peel off it and mash it. Mix carrots, French beans, coriander leaves, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, ginger and garlic to it. Mix rice flour for binding and mix everything properly.

Give it a shape of cutlets using mould.

Deep fry it in hot oil from both the sides till it becomes crispy and golden brown from outside.

Remove access oil using absorbent paper.

Your crispy vegetable cutlets are ready to serve. Serve it with ketchup.
