250 gmsBoiled rice
3 tbspOil
Carrots 1/2 cup chopped
Capsicum 1/2 cup chopped
1 tspSalt
1 tbspChicken powder
1/4 tspBlack pepper
2 tbspSoya sauce

Put oil, fry veggies for few minutes.

Add in salt, chicken powder, soya sauce and black pepper. Stir fry.

Add in rice and toss everything well.
