Ingredients

  • 3eggs
  • 1courgette
  • 1tomato
  • 1onion
  • 1 sliceturkey bacon or any leftover meat you have
  • 1 tablespoonOregono
  • 1 tablespoonthyme
  • 0.5 tablespoonpaprika
  • 1 tablespoonparsley

Steps

  1. 1

    Shred and squeeze the water out of courgette. Dice up the rest of the vegetables and bacon

  2. 2

    Fry your vegetables and bacon with the spices till soft

  3. 3

    Mix eggs and vegetables and bacon together. Put it in the oven 200C for 25 min upper shelf
