Steps

Heat a kadhai well, add 1/2 teaspoon ghee, roast the vermicelli till it's light brown.

Take oil in another pan, add all veggies well, saute in medium flame.

Add salt, turmeric powder, I added coriander powder a bit(optional). Mix well.

Add the roasted vermicelli, mix all of the veggies, pour water according to the consistency.

Add the coriander leaves and mix it.
Serve Hot. Best for breakfast, fast and easy.
