Take a bowl.

Add taste as per taste.

Add turmeric powder 1/3 of teaspoon.

Heat oil in a large tawa or pan.

Pour egg mixture into a pan.

Cook until edges begin to set.

Repeat procedure on the opposite edges.

Continue cooking until centre is set.

Cut omelet in half, and sprinkle with black pepper.
