Ingredients

four
4 to 5 servings
  • 1 cupchana Dal
  • 1/2 cup yellow mung Dal
  • 1tamater chopped
  • 1Green chillies
  • 1 tsp eachSalt red chilli powder
  • 1 tspTurmeric Powder
  • 1 tspDry coriander powder
  • 1 tspCumin seeds
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tspAmchur powder
  • 5-6curry leaves
  • 1 glasswater..
  • For pakwan
  • 1 cupall purpose flour (maida)
  • 1 tsp eachSalt cumin seeds
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • as neededOil for frying

    Method.. soaked the Dal in half hour & washed it heat oil in a cooker put cumin seeds curry leaves chopped tamater green chillies sauté it add salt red chilli turmeric powder coriander powder mixed well add dal & 1 glass water mix well lid covered it & 3 whistle it & litrely light mashed it serve time above red chilli powder amchur powder prinkle it.. serve hot enjoy

    In a mixing bowl put all purpose flour salt ३ table 🥄 oil cumin seeds half cup water mix well it make a dough & belker in a kadai put oil & Deep fry it
